I voted for Juliana. I've always been very partial to that name and I'm not sure why. I also love that spelling.
Just wanted to also add that all three of the names are beautiful.
Thanks for your input. :) I honestly don't know how people decide on one name. DH isn't any help either. He says they are all okay with him. Although Lorelei has been on my list for ages, Juliana has been a favorite of mine even longer. If you have two or three names you absolutely love, how do you narrow it down to one? Should I take them both to the hospital? Maybe the baby could help me decide. "One cry for Juliana, two cries for Lorelei." LOL
I always use the "which would I regret NOT using more?" method, myself. ;)
We considered a few other names for Devanie (Abigail being one of them LOL), but since I loved Devanie so much, and Abigail was so popular (so at that time it didn't feel as much "mine," KWIM?), the decision was fairly simple. I'd definitely have regretted naming Devanie anything but! It had been "my" name for her for so long, no other would have worked, in all honesty. And I know I would have hated giving up on a name I loved that much.
Now from the outside, Lorelei seems to be "your" name, but only because it's been on your short list for so long (sometimes the ONLY name I've seen you considering LOL), that I immediately think of it when I see your sn. I guess the fact that it's much less common than the others also helps make it feel like yours more than they, especially Julia(na) (lovely names you hear a great deal more often, not to mentioned all the variations like Julianna, Julianne, Juliet, etc.). So while I can't get in your head to know if you feel the same way -- maybe you'd regreat not using Julia despite popularity, KWIM? -- that's how it appears from out here. ;)
So which one WOULD you most regret not using? hehe Not that simple, I know, but it's a start.

No, that is definitely a good way to look at it and it makes sense. I also keep thinking that even if I can't use BOTH right now, I might have an opportunity later on to use the other, which is encouraging. It's kind of a win-win situation when you look at it that way.
One thing that deters me from using Lorelei is that DH insists he will be giving her a nickname because he doesn't want to constantly say a long name. Apparently three syllables is just too much. He said he would probably call her Lori/Lora, which I really dislike. Of course, he said he would do the same thing to Juliana and call her Julie. It's frustrating to come up with beautiful names and then to have them shortened down by my DH! Husbands are just irritating sometimes. LOL
Well you already know I agree with your win-win comment, since we DID end up using Abigail for our (surprise!) third dd. LOL
You never know how things will work out -- we got to use both names within 16 months -- and to be quite honest, Devanie is definitely a Devanie (not an Abigail), and Abigail can be sweet and charming (as I picture an Abigail to be lol) or spunky and fun (Aila), so they fit. So I'm very glad I used my special, unique name when I had the chance, and equally happy we had another name we loved when we were surprised with Aila. ;)
As to the Lorelei nn thing, why not think of some nns you ARE ok with and run them by dh? Maybe you'd prefer simply Lore, or Lila, or even Lola? And there's always Rory. ;) There are so many nns available for Lorelei, I really don't think it'd be a problem, especially if you make sure you give him some other options. It's actually not a bad idea anyway, because even if you don't plan to shorten
