you poor thing - a dead heat between the first three at the time I voted - for Jaxson.

here's the thing, Jaxson is getting common, (not that spelling, but it sounds the same no matter how it's spelled) and James as a middle for it to honor dad/grandpa won't go too well

it's too bad you can't sell hubby on Gavin, because that would be a good combo- Gavin James.

James is just too plain and old-fashioned to use as a first name. dull. Camden is a really rough city in NJ, so no way I can advise that one.

good luck

If it has been on your list-pick Jaxson. I voted for Camden, but I think you may be disapointed if you don't choose Jaxson. Are you set on the spelling-(lol), but it looks a little made up.

I vote for James Camden I think it is nice and I love classic names. Jackson is a nice name but very popular but I would spell it Jackson and not Jaxson. If its what you have always wanted go with Jackson (or Jaxson if you really want it that way, its your baby)

I really love the name James. I don't find it dull at all. James Camden is lovely. Jaxson (or Jackson or any spelling thereof) is NMSAA.

ITA with the PP. James is a great name. I would use it but my DH and his ex already did.

I would have voted for Jackson if it were spelled that way. Instead, I voted for James.

Edited to add this, after reading previous posts,
James is not a dull name at all! Much better than some of those trendy, made up names you see these days.

I voted for Jaxson, I really like different spellings and different names. I like Jaxson James... you can call him JJ for a nn, too. I really love the name Trenton (Trent) or Cameron... Trenton James or James Cameron sound good to me. Eventhough they're not too "different".

Good luck, let us know what you decide on.

I voted for James, but I really like Camden. I think i would go with Camden James or James Camden. That way you could honor the father and grandfather as well as use a name you love! Congrats on your first boy!
