Dh and I do not yet know what we are having but have boys names chosen for last 6 years...

DD's names
Molly Erin
Margaret (Maggie) Marian
Moira Cait

Looking for a 4th M name with the middle name Grace maybe...although not absolute if it sounds super weird with the fn that I love...I would at least like the middle initial to be different for all kids

Last name is Sullivan so an Irishy name would work well

Maeve
Megan (various spellings, but since you have a Maggie, you may not want a name with the close nickname Meg)
Maire
Mairead
Mairin
Maureen

Well I know I suggested this before, but since you've used names that can be considered forms of Mary (Molly, mn Marian and Moira) for all three of your other girls, that certainly seems the obvious choice.

Mary (of course)
Mairin/Maureen
Mairenn (said to rhyme with Lauren)
Mair(i)/Mhairi
Mairwen

My friend who is very Irish named her little girl Monica. I'm not sure if it is Irish though.

I love the name Marielle/ Mariel pronounced Mary-el.

My first thought was Marin, it is Latin for "of the sea"; but that may be too close to Maggie's mn for you to use.

Others:
Madeleine (means woman of Magdala, so does have a Mary connection like your other girls' names, i.e. Mary Magdalene)
Miriam
Maureen
Marielle
Muriel
Marilyn
Martina
Melanie
Moriah/ Mariah
Miranda
Mattea
Morrigan
Morgan

Keep us posted on what you're thinking!
