4 weeks to go and no names

Only four weeks until our 3rd child arrives and we don't have any names that we are really happy with. We don't know the gender. Our son's name is Erik Christian (both family names) and our daughter's name is Chloe Linn (Chloe because it is not common here in Sweden, consequently people can't seem to pronounce her name and Linn after my mom). We are having a number of problems. 1) the name needs to work in Swedish and English and 2) The few names that we sort of like are quite high up on the popularity list, which makes them less appealing even if we like them. If it is a girl we would like to use Ida (Eeda) and Rosalie or a combination there of as middle names in honor of my husband's sister and my aunt. DH suggested Lia. I wanted to name Chloe, Lia but he did not like that name 2 years ago and now the name has sort of lost its appeal to me and Leah/Leia has become more common.
Any thoughts on ways to combine Rosalie and Ida and any ideas on a name that might go with them and meet our other criteria?
For boys we have talked about Filip, Isak and Axel. Axel is the only one that would be pronouned the same in English and Swedish.
Choosing a name should be fun but we are not having fun.

I really like your boy choices of Isak and Filip... I am not so keen with Axel... it brings to mind Axel Rose from the group Guns and Roses... just NMS. :)
I think that the trend of creative names here makes more 'ethnic' names work well in english too... IYKWIM. :)
I love Axel for a boy. (I really like all your boy names). I also love Swedish names, coming from Swedish ancestors myself, so I can't wait to see what you choose.
To combine Rosalie and Ida, how about Lida? Rosita is another possibility, but that's Spanish. Rosida might be a nice twist. Or just Ida Rose.
AJ, enjoying life with C.
I love the name Rosalie. Any chance of using this as a first name?
Anna is a lovely name that works well in English and Swedish.
Anna Rosalie
Anna Rose
Lena is also pretty.
Lena Rose
It's kind of made up, but perhaps Rosalida for a middle name. It combines Rosalie and Ida nicely.
Anna Rosalida
Annika Rosalida
Catrine Rosalida
Signy Rosalida
good Luck!
Love the name Filip for a boy! Great name!
Tjena, jag är
I like Isak alot!
"Ida" will be pronounced I-da by EVERYONE.
I would do "Eda" if that is how you want it pronounced.
Miranda : )
I like all three boy names you're considering.
I really appreciate everyone's suggestions. Names seem different when you are not reading them from a book or long list. I will print the mesages out and share them with DH.
I have been thinking of Annika. There are not many babies named Annika, most Annikas I have met are my age. I figure that with the golfer Annika Sörenstam that people in the US may recognize the name. Of course there is the Annika in the Pippi Longstocking stories. My husband doesn't like it.
I liked the name Rosalie Elisabeth Ida and thought that we could call her Elisabeth but DH won't go for it.
Thanks for the help.

I have always liked Cecilia. I am not sure why we have overlooked that name. At this point we can't see the forest through the trees.
Thank you for the suggestion.

>>>When naming a Swedish child it was a custom to use a component from both the father and the mother's name for the first born of both sexes. So if the father's name was Bjørnar and the mother's name was Gunnild then the son might be called Gunnar or a daughter might be called Bjørnild. <<<
Maybe in the old old days, I have never heard of it nor found it my family line and we go back to 1645.
I am Swedish, I was born in Sweden and live here and
