I know the sweetest little girl named Alma. Her sister who passed away when she was 8 months old was Millie and her twin brothers are Lake and Jens. Just thought this was a unique sibling group and wondered what others thought.

I really like Alma and Millie - both sweet, old-fashioned names that are truly unusual without 'trying'.

I really like Alma. The meaning in Spanish (soul) is wonderful, too. It's simple, feminine, and it's been around for a long time.

I LOVE Millie. How terrible that the baby passed away ... My grandmother's name is also just Millie, not Millicent or Mildred.

Lake and Jens - Both terrific names for boys, too. I really like and admire this family's naming style!!!! Very refreshing. It seems that they select the names they love, regardless of trends.

Just a lurker, but my beloved Grandma's name was Alma, so I love it!!! I just wish it was a bit more contemporary sounding (our first daughter's name is Emma Grace, so I obviously love the 'older' names, but with a more contemporary sound, too.)

I love the name Alma. It has such a warm feeling to me because of the spanish meaning (soul).
