Hello, and congrats on your new baby! I have 3 mixed babies, and neither of us wanted a "black", or "white" name, just something we could both agree on (which was hard enough)! lol. Anyways, if you want a more unique name, I would not go with Nevaeh. It is really becoming more and more popular. http://www.yeahbaby.com/baby-names-popularity.php?name=Nevaeh and this site doesn't show the ranking for 2007, but I'm sure its is even closer to #1. If that doesn't really bother you, though, go for it. I thought I had read that you wanted a more unique name. Here are some of my man's niece's and nephew's names as suggestions. Girls: Lanae Yambria Jazmir Justice Mia Jasmine Azure Octavia (not a relative, just a name I always thought was cool) Larissa (same as above)
Boys: Jerrin (might not sound right with LN Norman. The n's run togehter, same with Davon) Mekhi Davon (Duh-von) Davontae (Duh-von-tay) Nyzier
I think Clayton is a good middle name, especially since it is from his dad's name. Javeon is also a cool first name. If you do decide to use Nevaeh, here are some MN options Nevaeh Jewel Nevaeh Simone Nevaeh Star (this is cute, but might be kind of corny, though) Nevaeh Carene/Karene Nevaeh Bree
Or, maybe part of your name or another family member's name for her MN. Good Luck!!
try to mix yours and your husbands names.. sometimes it doesnt come out to bad. pick whatever name you want then the middle name can be something you can remember what it means..
