I'm not a big "shower game" person, but there are some I like:
1) Everyone gets a big "diaper pin" to wear (or fake pacifier on a necklace) at the beginning of the party. If you get caught saying "Baby" at any point in the shower, the person who catches you gets your pin/paci. At the end, whoever has the most wins.
2) Gift BINGO. Make a BINGO card w/ different gifts "stroller", "sleeper" and whoever gets BINGO first wins (makes people pay attention to the gifts.)
3) ID baby food in jars by smell alone -- cover or take off the labels.
4) Fill paper bags w/ different baby items (baby shampoo, outlet plugs, etc.) and people have to tell by feel what's in the bag. Mommy gets to keep all the stuff.
One thing I've seen done at showers that I always thought was adorable was to buy a bunch of plain white onsies and then get markers or puff paints or something and let each guest decorate a onsie for the baby.
Gift bingo is always a good one. One game I refused to have at my showers was the "how many sheets of tp around is mom?" game. When you're big enough, the last thing you need is people telling you again just how huge you look!
also, we did a 15 facts about mom and dad, which was interesting to see just how well my family knows us!
Go though and find pics of celebrity babies....print out each pic with a line under it....have a race to see who can name all the babies (and possibly their famous parent) first... We have played this at wedding showers too with famous married couples...it is fun, fast, and a nice ice breaker...
I'm more into activities than games...the two we're doing at my SIL's showers are decorating diapers (just scribbling messages or pictures on the butt of diapers so that they'll have something to laugh at during changes) and "Because they Mated" where we chop up pictures of Mom and Dad and people can stick them together to predict what the baby will look like.
when my sister did mine she made the people answer like 10 questions from my delivery-like how big was the baby how long was i in labor-things like that just make sure they dont mention anything about teh labor-i did-oops!she also put like 20 baby items on a tray and you had like 30seconds to look and then write down what was on it and also ive been to a couple where they take candy bars and melt them into diapers and you have to guess what kin of cany bars they were

Hope this helps!
