boy and girl names what do you think?

My husband and I had been trying to conceive since January. When we decided to try to have another baby, we started thinking about names. My husband is Mexican and I am white, so we want something that is Mexican but not too Mexican and my family would still be able to pronounce the name. Right away we both agreed on Cecilia Sarita for a girl. I love the name Oliver for a boy but my husband doesn't like it, we have both agreed on a name that we like but are not positive about it yet, we would like some more input, the name we both agree on so far is Emilio, what do you think? Any other suggestions for a boy? Any comments on the girl's name? Please help!

Cecilia is gorgeous. I just love it! You can also use Celia as a nn.
For a boy, I don't love Emilio mostly b/c Emily is so popular in the U.S. that I feel it's too close (unfair, I know, but it's what I notice). Hispanic names that I like:
Mateo (LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT)
Carlos
Elias
Gabriel
Leonardo, nn Leo
Marco
Rafael
Thanks belle_petite for the siggy!
I love Cecilia.
I like Emilio. I don't think it would have the Emily problems. My brother is Emil which is close in sound to Emily (more so than Emilio) and hasn't been scarred for life over a little teasing. He really likes how his name is uncommon but yet known.
