I think its very nice on a boy. When on a girl, I prefer it spelt Adrienne (looks more feminine) but even so, it seems snobby to me on a girl for some reason. I would go with boy.
I know one boy and one girl named Adrian, although I think the girl spells it Adrienne. And, then of course there's Adrienne from Rocky. I tend to think more girl than boy.
I personally really like Adrian for a boy. Adrian spelled that way is completly masculine. Adrienne w/this spelling is fine for a girl. I really think that it's fairly unisex. Hope this helps!
Well, my name is Adrianne and I get alot of compliments on it! I love that it is really a pretty unique name (I have only met one or two others Adriannes and I am 29). I even got out of a speeding ticket once when the cop said "that's a beautiful name so I'm not going to give you a ticket". Lucky me! Anyway, I do really like it for a boy also but I love it for a girl. Not really big into Adrianna though.

HTH!
Adrianne
Adrian is my dutch father-in-law's name...I'm not a fan of the name. I have heard Adrianna used before on a girl, it's ok but NMS.
