Grady, a 2-syllable boy's name of Gaelic origin, means: Illustrious; noble.
you're right, great meaning
I also like:
Brennan Lukas
Hayden Lukas
Rhys Daniel
:)
Blake, Brennan, Dylan, Hayden, Rhys (although this is the male spelling), Rowan, and Shane...so w/any of those I would strongly suggest a very masculine name as the other name..
First names
Blake: I like this, but it does have some high teasing potential...Blake the flake, etc..
Brennan: I like this a lot..a nice change from all the Brandon, Brendon, etc...but you could run into probs for that same reason...w/people insisting that there is a D in the name..
Connor: one of my favorite names...
Daemon/Damon: I prefer Damien/Damian/Dameon...Damon just is toooo close to demon...
Dylan: love it, but it is very trendy
Fletcher: sorry but I always misspeak this one as fetch her...
Grady: sorry but just not my style
Hayden: I like this one a lot, but to be honest prefer it for a girl
Issac: never have liked this name...not sure why..if using would definately use Zac as nn..not Ike
Jaren: I like this a lot..
Rhys: love this name..love this spelling
Rohan/Rowan: two seperate names IMO...Rohan is nice, but also very much a LOTR names..Rowan is mostly used for girls in the US..and in recent years..would not use it for a boy in the US..maybe different in England, though..
Zaide: different, but I like it.
Zaiden: sounds too feminine to me for a boy
Zane: I keep trying to like it..but cant get past Zaney...
Middle Names
Shane : one of my faves..tried to get dh to agree to it for all 4 kids, boys and girls
Liam : prefer it as a nn for William
Gage: sorry to me it is a word not a name
Daniel: this makes a very good strong middle name..one that isn't just filler
Tate: I like it but wouldn't use it cause of all the Tater jokes..
Lukas: good name, prefer Lucas spelling personally
Jason: like it but is kindof dated..it makes a good middle name though
Jace: like it but again very trendy..but makes a good middle name..
my favorite combos: Connor Jace, Rhys Daniel, Rohan Shane, Zaide Lukas
