We are narrowing down our choices for boys names, the middle name will be Thomas.
What do you think sounds best?
Mason Thomas
Michael Thomas
Mackenzie Thomas
Ryan Thomas

My favorite is Ryan Thomas. I like Mason and Michael as well, so I don'think you can lose on those either. Mackenzie seems all girl to me, but that is because I know so many girls with that name right now.
Theresa
Mackenzie is only used for girls now. I haven't heard of a boy named that ever. I know it certainly could be unisex sounding, but I know lots of girl Mackenzie's from early 20s on down to toddlers, not a single boy.
Michael Thomas is a great name. Michael being more traditional/classic etc, but not old-fashioned sounding. but in a way it is pretty common.
Mason Thomas is probably your best choice - a new name, not overly popular, yet anyway. definite male name
Ryan Thomas is OK. even though a few girls have used it, it's still really a boys name, but there are so many of them. It's been popular for 25 years. I know dozens my daughter's age (24), still a lot in high school, and still a fair amount younger than that.
so - Mason Thomas would been my vote.
good luck
I like Mason Thomas the best!
