I would definitely assume "girl" when I saw the name Brynn, but I definitely don't think that it's princess-y at all, and I dont' think that the mn Elizabeth adds enough "princessy-ness' to it. Granted, Elizabeth is a name used in royal families and I think it's very classic and majestic, but the syllables always sounded harsh to me and don't have the same "lilting" quality as some of the other names you mentioned (Gabriella, Sophia...).
Absolutely! I think its definitely a feminine name (and one of my favs, I might add...too bad DH doesn't like it) and I absolutely think GIRL when I hear it. And I love it with the mn Elizabeth, very pretty.
my sister's name just happens to be brynn....brynn victoria.
the nice thing about brynn is it is the type of name that really take on the personality of the child. it will suit her weather she becomes princess brynn or tree-climbin' brynn. some of those very feminine, girly names may not suit the personality of the child...

If you really like Brynn, though,
