It is one of the original unisex names (from ancient greece)...currently is more popular for boys, but probably will swing to either being entirely unisex again or a little to the feminine side..but should always stay unisex...just recommend using a strong masculine (or feminine) middle name..right now most people will assume a Caeden is male, but that may not be true in a few years...
Reminds me of my son's name Jordan. His middle name is Patrick so there is no question. I like the name Caeden, but the spelling might confuse people since it's not phonetic.
