I have a Camden in my neighborhood. His mother named him after the town in Maine. I thought he was the only one, but I guess not! She said people sometimes think his name is Cameron. I think Cameron might be crossing over to a girl's name, so there may be girls in his school with the name Camden or Cameron or Cam.
I also have a Jackson in my neighborhood. I hear this name around a lot. I would go with the standard spelling.
I've also met a Rylan. It gets mistaken for Ryan a lot.
Of all three, I would go with Jackson, because it sounds the most like a boy's name to me, but I'm not into the last name or place names for first names.
Camden, I don't like the others.

I like Rylan but if you use it be prepared to constantly correct people who say "Ryan"
I named my daughter Kaylin and people contantly call her Kaitlyn. My SIL calls her Kaitlyn all the time but then again I think she is just trying to P*** me off.
RYLAN - love, love, love was going to be one of my boys names, was in the top five, my favorite of your three...i actually like Rylan Jaxson (depending on your last name of course)
Camden - another name i love, great name. It was one of my Middle name choices for my twins. Everyone says this name reminds them of Camden,NJ but i like in new jersey and I know 3 kids named camden, Kamdyn, Camdyn and no one ever say sthat about the name. But then again i don't live near camden
Jaxson - i really like Jaxson, not my favorite but i like it. I prefer Jackson but its a good name anyways.

Casey J. McCoy
wife to Sean R. McCoy
mommy to Brennan H. McCoy, Braidyn G. McCoy, Riorden S. McCoy
I like Camden the best followed by Jaxon (but def. prefer Jackson spelling). Rylan is a crappy cookie-cutter, poor quality home builder in the Chicago area, so I dislike it for that reason.
Camden reminds me of Camden Yards - the baseball stadium. I don't know if you're familiar, but I'm sure it could be annoying if your son was always called "hey camden yards!"
Jaxon reminds me of the movie Steel Magnolias, but I like it a lot with the original spelling (so you could easily call him Jack, too)
The middle name choices all sound great with the names. Any will do.
Good luck!
I'm partial to Camden because I'm an Orioles fan:

Camden also goes well with the MNs.
