Hi- I'm due any day w/ DD #2. Would love to know your thoughts on the names Celia, Lydia and Lucy... which do you prefer as well as suggestions for middle names.

We are totally stumped as to what to name this baby!! Thanks!

Thanks so much for the input and thoughts! I really appreciate it. Who knew this would be so hard??? We agreed on a name for our first (Tessa) fairly early in the process and I could not have imagined going to deliver and not having a name picked out. Thanks and keep the ideas / thoughts on the names coming!!!

My favorite is Lucy, followed by Lydia, followed by Celia.

Lucy Catherine is beautiful. And it works with Lydia. Elizabeth works with all 3 names quite well.

I have never really been a fan of the name Lucy. I just can't get past I love lucy and how the child could be teased for that. Lydia is a favorite of mine, but doesn't go with Tessa as well as Celia does. So my vote goes to Celia. My favorite girls names are Millie and Sadie. I think Sadie and Tessa make a wonderful pair.

HTH!

Love your names!! We have an 18 month old DD named Cecilia (nn Celia) and a newborn named Lucia (nn Lucy). So obviously those would be my pick! We love the names! Lydia is cute, too, though. You can't go wrong with any of them! Best of luck.

Lydia Kate !!!

Lydia is a beautiful name and will age well with her. Celia is ok- Lucy is my least favorite.
