Chinese Gender chart-accurate for you?

I was just curious to see if that Chinese Gender chart was accurate in predicting the gender of your babies. I am pregnant with my fourth child and don't know what it is yet. On my previous children it was right on each one. For those of you who have checked it out, was it right?

It was right for me. Every other method for determining the sex said I was having a boy but the lunar calendar said it was a girl. Ultra sound confirmed that it is a girl and she will be here soon!

I will say that my best friend used the chart with both of her daughters and the chart was correct in predicting they were girls ... it also worked for another friend who had a boy and my sister who just had a boy as well.
If I use my age according to the Julian Calendar (western age) of 37, I get the correct answer of girl. However, I believe that the Chinese gender chart is supposed to be used with the Chinese age. At birth, a child is considered to be one year old. The child is considered to be two years old upon the first Chinese New Year. Thereafter, the child's age increases by 1 year on each birthday. For example, if you were born in December, you would add 2 years to your age. If you were born in April, you would add 1 year to your age. If you were born in Jan, Feb or Mar, you would have to know the date of Chinese New Year in the year you were born to know if you need to add 1 or 2 years. In my case I am 39 in Chinese years. I still get the correct sex according to the chart. But if I mistakenly added only 1 year then at age 38 conceiving in Feb, I should be expecting a boy, which is wrong.
If you have not gotten the correct sex, try using your Chinese age. By the way, Chinese New Year falls between late Jan and mid-March. It coincides with the first day of the Spring solstice of the year.
