So, I appreciate the feedback I have gotten on the site and would like a bit more feedback for the girl names we like...
First,
Elise Christine
OR
Alise Christine

Adalyn Jean?

For boys...how does Kieran Richard sound? I like Aidon but that is common.
I also like Kian or Kion...any thoughts?

Thank you!

LOL ... just finished replying to your previous thread (missed the boy names first time around).

I gave you my take on Elise vs. Alise earlier: basically I find Elise more attractive overall, but think either would offer the pronunciation you'd preferred.

I don't remember Adalyn Jean being a contender. New addition? If so, my first question is are you really planning on pronouncing this like the name Ada + Lyn? AY-da-lyn? I love simply Ada, but not so fond of this. Adelyn (ADD-e-lyn) is a bit better, and Adeline (ADD-e-line or add-e-LEEN) is lovely. Is Jean a family name, btw? I like it, but LOVE Jane (and they're forms of the same name, so if it's to honor a Jean or John this works as well). ;)

I love Ciaran -- this spelling -- and although the R sounds are a bit repetitive in Ciaran Richard, I believe you said in the other post the mn was for a grandfather? If so, I wouldn't worry too much about the flow.

UNLESS you'd seriously consider Cian (again, I'd stick with the traditional C spelling ... it's just more classy, interesting and attractive IMO). Cian gives you a nearly identical sound and all the charm as Ciaran, but is even a bit more unexpected and avoids the R issue with Richard. Cian Richard is stunning! It would get my vote easily! ;)

For your girls names I still prefer Elise Christine. Adalyn sounds made up.

For your boys name I like Kieran Richard I think it sounds great. I am not fond of Kian. Hard to tell whether it should be a long I like Kie-AN or a short I KEE-an.

Some other boys names you might like:

Kai
Kier
Kail
All of those except for Kier sound good with Richard as a MN too.

Most definitely Elise Christine for me.

For boys I think I like Kian better than Kieran. I think it's a bit easier to say. How about Kiernan? Nah, I like Kian best.

I like Elise Christine the best for your girl's name. Have you considered Keiran for a boy?

I like Elise waaay better than Alise. Elise is beautiful and classy. I also really like Adeline, but Adelyn seems a bit trendier with the "y" spelling. Adelia may be another option for you.

kiOn and aidOn are not names. Kian and Aidan are nice, although I agree that Aidan is WAY too popular, so I would avoid it. Kian is a great choice though. I find Kieran Richard a bit "r" heavy, but it is nice too, Kian Richard just has better flow.

Elise Christine - prefer this spelling.

Adalyn Jean - I don't like Adalyn. I prefer Adeline or Adelaide, Adele, Adela or Ada.

Kieran Richard - I don't like Kieran, too close to my name Karen.

Kian is my favorite from your boy's names.
