My wife and I are expecting twins, one of each. We already have 2 older boys, James Patrick 4 and Nicholas Jackson 2. Here's our top five for each. We'd love your opinion on the names or any alternatives or alterations you would suggest.

Aaron Robert

Alexander Charles (Alex)

Benjamin Matthew (Ben)

Charles Robert (Charlie)

Matthew Benjamin (Matt)

with James Patrick and Nicholas Jackson i like:

Alexander Charles (Alex)
or
Benjamin Matthew (Ben)

Hannah Katelyn
Leah (don't like Riley though, would use Kate or Katherine)
Sarah Katelyn

my favorite combos are Alexander and Leah or Benjamin and Sarah.

Carly + Phil loving our little Alaina (Lainey)... expecting

Knowing that Riley is your wife's maiden name, I love it (as a mn).

After much discussion my wife and i have narrowed the field down to two names for each baby.

Both boy names go wonderfully. I prefer Matthew Benjamin, but that is just a personal preference. I could see either fitting in well.

As for girls, *definitely* Sarah Katelyn. Katelyn looks trendy and misspelled to me and really lacks the class that your other name choices, including your sons' names, have. Caitlin Sarah would be a huge improvement. Katelyn does not appeal at all. Sarah is sweet and classy and works nicely. I would have loved to see one of the mn choices (Leah, Felicity, or Rebecca, in particular) as first names. Kate or Katherine would have been better too- just not Katelyn!
