Okay, so this isn't about a possible name for a baby; it's about my older sister's name (she was born in 1965). Her name is Diahn, and I want to know how you think this is pronounced. I finally asked my mom this weekend why the spelled her name this way, and the answer cracks me up. But first I want to see what you think about its pronunciation. What say you?

It's interesting. I have always thought Dione was striking.

I didn't want to look at anyone else's answer so I resisted the urge to cheat and posted right away ... my first response is Diane.
