on this board, you KNOW you will get the most votes for whichever name on your list is the most classic/traditional/old-fashioned etc., unless it's really old, like not a comeback.

I hate to see anyone add another Emma to the millions right now. I've known at least six born just in the past year - it's been 1, 2 or 3 on the SS list for about five years. They are everywhere.

I voted for Aubrey, I think it's very cute. I don't like Avery because it's unisex and Danni is just too much of a nickname. If you like Danni - try Danielle, Daniela, Dannah, Danika for a real name and call her Danni.

ignore those Emma voters - LOL. I'm sure I'll get harassed for that one.

good luck

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. I ONLY PUT EMMA ON THE BOARD TO HEAR THE RESPONSES TO TRY TO STEER DAD AWYA FROM IT. HE LIKES EMMA. I LOVE AUBREY AND HE HATES IT. I REALLY LIKE YOUR IDEA OF DANNAH. I REALLY LIKE DANNI BUT I KNOW WHATYOU MEAN ABOUT IT BEING A NICKNAME ITS JUST I COULDNT THINK OF ANYTHING AND I DONT LKE DANIELLE. YUKKY! I REALLY APPRECIATE YOU INPUT AND I WILL LET DAD KNOW HIS NAME IS WAY TO OVER PLAYED. I CANT BELIVE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE PICKING IT. I ALSO POSTED THIS ON THE DUE IN JUNE BOARD AND I AM GETTING EVEYONE LIKING AVERY, BUT THAT IS ANOTHER OF DAD'S. IM STUCK WITH AUBREY AOR DANNI (DANNAH). WILL SEE...THANK YOU AGAIN SOOO MUCH I REALLY LIKE DANNAH.

Nope! that's the exact reason I didnt vote for Emma- its a very pretty name... but I am soooooooooooooooooo tired of hearing it! Its so predicatable. Emma, hannah, grace, Julia...etc. I like to hear babies given fresh, underused names but not weird or creative in their spellings.

My problem with Aubrey is that it is a boy's name, though it's suddenly become a cross-over name. I'm not a fan of the "unisex" names. I would like to second the previous poster's suggestion of Audra. Now there's a beautiful and feminine name.

Good luck!

I voted for Emma, as I'm a traditionalist myself. However, after reading Devon's posting, Audra is a beautiful name . Very soft, feminine and regal sounding. Hope you consider that suggestion as well. No matter the name you choose, best of luck with the baby.

What about Audra, Andrea, Alannah, Aleah, Audrey, Amelia or Annika? What about Emma-Leigh? Good luck. I like your style. I love your other little ones name! Let us know what you decide.
