Do I have a choice on daughter's name?

Here is a question. Do I HAVE to name my daughter after my mother-in-law? I really don't want to becauser her name is Peggy Bonaparte.
I don't want to name her this, but my husband's family is really pressuring us. :(

I agree with others - you DON'T have to name your baby after MIL.
I would suggest, however, that you and your husband not tell your extended family (yours or his) the name you've chosen until the baby arrives and it's on the birth certificate. If they insist on knowing, make up something outrageous and stick to that name. They don't have any right to insist on a name and you don't have to tell them anything.
Thought this was a forum where we could exchange ideas in an adult manner. I detected a joking manner on some of the posts, and I responded in kind.
I mean really....have you ever met a Heaven who wasn't a stripper?
I am sure all the other reponses say this(lol). But this is YOUR baby not theirs name her whatever you want! If they want the name to be continued then one of them needs to have a baby and name her Peggy!
Goodluck!!!
