Does Carlie work as a nickname for Charlotte? Does Alexandra, Genevieve, and Charlotte work well together? Does Allie, Genna, and Carlie work together?

Does Carlie work as a nickname for Charlotte?
It does work I suppose, but I seem it more as a nn for Caroline. Also, I prefer the Carly spelling. The -ie ending looks a bit odd to me, maybe because I am so used to seeing it the other way. I adore the name Charlotte, but find it very difficult to find a nn that works well, which is important to me as I am a nn person. You could use Lottie, Char, or Charlie, but there are none that really stand out.
Does Alexandra, Genevieve, and Charlotte work well together? Does Allie, Genna, and Carlie work together?
Alexandra, Genevieve, and Charlotte work very nicely together. They are all longer classics with nn options. Genevieve is loevly and Genna is okay, but I prefer Evie. Maybe it is because I am used to seeing Jenna spelt with a J, so Genna looks a bit odd to me.
As for which four names are best, I like the first combination- Alexandra, Genevieve, Katherine and Rebecca. HOWEVER, Katie is very cutesy and I prefer the nn Kate. It is much more classy I find and less common. I love Rebecca nn Becca, very sweet.

Of course Carlie works as a nn for Charlotte. ;) They're rooted in the same name, after all (Carlie is a feminine form of Carl, which is a form of Charles, which you already know is the masculine for Charlotte). So it follows that if a Charles could go by Carl (I've known a few, all older) it makes just as much sense for a Charlotte to be called Carlie.
That said, I do like many of the other nns for Charlotte: Charlie, Chara, Charla, Lilo (related), Lotta/Lotte, Lottie, Totty, etc., but if you prefer Carlie or have a special reason for wanting to use it it's fine too. ;)
As to the combos ...
Alexandra, Genevieve, Katherine and Rebecca
Allie, Genna, Katie and Becca
*** All the given names work great together (and am I remembering correctly that Alexandra is your dd's name?). Genna and Becca seem a bit dated, though I do like that you've varied the nns so they don't all end the same. If it were me, I'd call them Allie, Eve/Evie/Eva/Vivi/Gigi (depending on the mn, Gemma might also be an alternative), Kate/Kat/Kara/Kay(e)/Kit/Kari (or Carrie, especially if you're open to the Catherine spelling) and Reba/Ruby (love Ruby as a nn for Rebecca). ;)
Alexandra, Genevieve, Katherine and Charlotte
Allie, Genna, Katie and Carlie
*** Love this set as well. I don't like that all but Genna's nns would end in the -ee sound ... gets a little matchy/cutesy/confusing, even for at-home usage, especially with Katie and Carlie sounding so similar. You could have all different endings with this one. Allie, Eve, Kate and Lotta or Allie, Eva, Kate and Lilo, for example. Or you could vary them like you did above, so you'd have two pairs with similar endings. Allie, Vivi/Gigi, Kara and Lotta or Allie, Eva, Katie and Lotta, for instance.
Alexandra, Genevieve, Katherine and Emmalene <--I know it's spelled incorrectly
Allie, Genna, Katie and Emma
*** The first three are still good, but Emmalene REALLY looks bad, to be honest. I know you already know it's misspelled , but it completely looks like someone heard Emmeline and tried to spell it phonetically, not knowing how it was actually spelled. I honestly can't think of a compelling reason to do so, even if you're trying to honor an Emma or something. The Emme- beginning and pronunciation does the job just fine, but looks much more well-thought-out, intelligent, classic and in line with the others (they aren't spelled Aliksandruh, Jennaveev and Katharinn, after all). Spelling issues aside, I'd like this set a lot except for the similarity of Genna and Emma. I'd use one of the other nns for Genevieve mentioned above.

I think that Charlie is a great nn for Charlotte and I LOVE both names. I would use the spelling Charley though.
I cant decide between
Allie, Genna, Katie & Charlie
Allie, Genna, Katie & Emma
I do have to say that I like the nn Eve or Evie for Genevieve better than Geena
