I'd have to go with Taylor. I don't love it (had a whiny Taylor when I worked with kids and got tired of hearing what "Tay-tay" wanted ever three minutes,) but it fits right now without the incredibly commonness of Madison (and all the other Maddie/Addie names, which makes it seem even more omnipresent than it is.) I'd probably give it a more feminine middle name than Reese because Taylor Reese seems absolutely gender neutral to me and that's not really something I love. Taylor Kate actually has a great, snappy, sporty sound to it that I really like.
And for boys...I've got to go with Landon. It makes me think of Michael Landon (Pa from "Little House on the Prairie") and it's just all masculine and wholesome.
Long and short: Taylor Kate and Landon Riley would be my picks.
I agree with what the others have said: Madison is popular, Taylor Reese is unisex, Riley is unisex (although I think of that spelling as being for boys,) and I don't like the spelling of Brianne.
I know one little boy named Layton - I also prefer the o - not the e
I don't think there's a problem with the "Lay" thing
I disagree with the person who says to go with just Anne instead of Breanne or Brianne - Anne is way too common/plain and away from the style of your Sierra
another name I think might fit in with your whole style for a girl is Tatum if you want to get away from the unisex appeal of Taylor
Madison is way too popular for my taste - so I would choose Taylor. Taylor Reece is nice; Taylor Breanne could be another option.

oh my, do you not know or not care how wildly popular Madison is - they are EVERYWHERE
Taylor is OK, you shouldn't use an R middle name with it - as they run together - Taylor ends in R, Reese starts with R
how about Taylor Madison - you still get to use the Madison that you like, but she doesn't end up one of possibly 5 or 6 in her kindergarten class
Taylor is around, but not nearly as much as Madison
I like Breanne (not your spelling) - it's not as popular as Brianna, but Taylor Breanne would also be better than Taylor Reece
I love your names. My favorite are:
Madison Kate or Taylor Reese (I might lean toward Taylor though)
and
Landon Riley- that's a great name!
I wouldn't worry about Madison being popular... if you like it who cares. It's an adorable name.
