I really like Sabina, much better than Sabrina. I don't think it's too different. I could see people mistaking it as Sabrina because it is a more known name but if you have to correct them once they'd remember it. :)

Oooooooooooh! Please use it. SUCH a lovely name. It's been atop my faves for YEARS. You would be surprised how many people really LOVE it; they just aren't bold enough to use it. She will be feminine & distinctive. I'm totally biased, here though. Let me know what you decide! Ginger

I don't know if possibly Sabina is more known in your country, but here I think Sabrina is more known, it's not overly popular, but something you hear occasionally.

I prefer Sabrina, I think it would make a great match with Emilie.

but if you go with Sabina, I don't think the fact it's uncommon is a problem. People are used to hearing all ranges of names these days from the super common like Emily, Emma, Madison and Hailey, to the always around type like Sarah, Elizabeth, Katherine, Abigail etc. to some really old-fashioned ones which have come back to the ultra-trendy and to some which are very very unique and rarely heard.

It's kind of a hodge podge these days, anything goes.

Go with what you like.

good luck

I think your last sentence says exactly what will happen. I'm thinking she probably will be called Sabrina rather than Sabina. I prefer the name Sabrina personally. I do like your daughter Emilie's name. I hope this helps (at least a little).
