Hello everyone!

My hubby and I are going to start *trying* when he comes home from this deployment (March '06).

We're thinking Eva Kathryn - girl Brock Thomas -- boy

Eva is a my great-grandmother's name (who I knew very well).
Thomas is the name of almost every male in my hubby's Polish family.

I had made up my mind on the girl name ages ago, then started working at a school and we had SO MANY girls with the middle name catherine.....and they used both (first & middle) names! Just like I want too! Ugh!

I'm Cherokee and we generally believe that the middle name is well, sacred, secret, I'm not finding the right word.....The power of the person is in the middle name and the more it's used the less powerful it is.

I have 2 middle names.

Should I give my girl 2 middle names? Or make Eva Kathryn a hyphen first name?

What's a name that would go well behind Eva Kathryn?

I think Eva Kathryn is beautiful!! I do prefer the spelling of Catherine or Katherine though. I also love Brock Thomas. Nice choices!

I'm not a fan of hypenated names or two middle names, so I can't help there. GL!
