I am struggling with girl's names. I want to use family names, but I cannot decide as 1st or middle names. Help me combine these (not necessarily with one another, just names that fit with them):

Kate (I would love this as a first name, but nothing sounds right as a middle name)
Adeline
Flora
Tekla
Ryan
Lucille
Bandy
Anderson

Would also love to know what you think about these names. I like to put them through the "playground test."

Kate (I would love this as a first name, but nothing sounds right as a middle name)
Adeline
Flora
Tekla
Ryan
Lucille
Bandy
Anderson
From your family names I love Anderson for a boy as a first name. The nickname Anders is also very handsome. Anderson Ryan is a great combo.

out of the rest i like
Kate
Adeline
Lucille nn Lucy

My favorite is Adeline Kate
you could also use Kate or Ryan as part of a double name for example Ava-Ryan/ Anna-Ryan/ Mary-Ryan / Sara-Ryan/ Mary-Kate Sarah-Kate

I actually LOVE the Ryan double names for a girl. esp Sara-Ryan and Ava-Ryan you could omit the hyphen

I was surprised to see we have a couple of family names in common. Both are quite unusual. We also have a Adeline and Tekla. Love them! (Our Tekla is Tekla Geneva).

I agree that Adeline Kate or Kate Adeline is very nice.
I like Lucy but not Lucille. Flora seems old but could grow on me.

Love Anderson for a boy.

I like these:
Kate
Adeline
Flora
Tekla
Lucille

I wouldn't use these:
Bandy - I really dislike this one
Anderson, Ryan - only for a boy

Adeline is my favorite. I would use Adeline Kate or Adeline Flor.

Flora - Flora Michelle
Tekla - Tara Kathleen
Ryan - Ryanne
Lucille - Lucianna Nicole
Bandy - Brandi / Brianna
Anderson - Andersynn / Andrea / Adrienne

Hope these help.

I like Adeline and Flora the best, and I actually do like Tekla, but maybe as a middle name. I definitely do NOT like Anderson for a girl - I really don't like any names for a girl that end in "-son" (not even "Allison"). I'm also not a big fan of Ryan for a girl, but it's okay- I'd probably go with the spelling Ryann, though. Lucille is cute, but I don't care for Bandy at all. It sounds like a cutesy child-like way of saying "Band-Aid". It's cute as a nn for a boy, but I wouldn't use it for a given name.

As far as middle names go, some ideas I had:
Adeline Grace
Adeline Mattea
Adeline Rae
Adeline Cherise
Flora Matilde
Flora Marie
Lucille Erin
Lucille Marie
Lucille Beth
Lucille Elizabeth
Lucille Barbara
Adriana Tekla
Elise Tekla
Tekla Mariel
Maura Tekla

HTH!
