We've had a pretty good list so far, steady at these options: Sebastian, Grayson, Sawyer, Jaxon, Lincoln, Keegan, Kaleb and Ashton. (I love Finn, DH does not)

Came across these (some are very different, I know, they're just ideas). Any thoughts? Should we add any to our list?

Kyllian
Dashiell (Dash)
Hudson
Maverick
Malachy
Farrell
Graydon
Beckett
Marshall
Connelly
Rowan
Phoenix
Austen
Harrison
Lennon

He said he wouldn't even let me use Finn as a middle name :(. No Finian, Finnegan, no nick name Finn. I've even mentioned Griffin before, he wouldn't go for it. Maybe I can change his mind, we have 4 months :). At least a MN :) :)

I like Grayson better, but was getting a few comments that it was being used on girls. I was thinking Graydon wouldn't have that problem. But I still prefer Grayson... I think, lol.

DH really likes Maverick :)!

Thanks for the input, BOTH of you!

I think you're right about the Austin thing, no matter how I spell it. It's a cute name, IMO, maybe not unique enough.

Maguire -- This automatically makes me think of Mark McGwire. It's okay, but if you dislike the reference, I'd take that into consideration.

Conall -- LOVE this!

Kyllian -- AHH! What happened on the spelling here. I love Cillian and don't mind the alternative spelling of Killian. But Kyllian is awful. Sorry. Spelled Cillian, I'm a huge fan.

Dashiell (Dash) -- This seems a little cartoon-y to me (think The Incredibles) but I know a lot of people love it.

Hudson -- love this. I think it's dignified for an adult and cute for a little boy.

Maverick -- I like this better as a nn or a dog name, sorry. I just think this is trying too hard to be cool. Also, I think it's one of those names that is just screaming for irony. What if your little Maverick is a goody two shoes? (It's similar to naming your daughter Chastity -- just asking for trouble)

Malachy -- I like this a lot

Farrell -- love this

Graydon -- not a huge fan. I do prefer Grayson, although I used to live in an area where Grayson was PAINFULLY popular (I knew eight under three years old and half were girls).

Beckett -- LOVE this. This is one of my all-time favorites. I'm still working on Jamie and hoping we get to use this.

Marshall -- Love this too.

Connelly -- Nice.

Rowan -- Love this. If you are bothered by unisex names, tread carefully, this one is definitely rising for girls (though it's still definitely more popular for boys). An alternative that I love that is still all-boy is Ronan.

Phoenix -- I don't like this at all.

Austen -- Love this for a girl. This spelling definitely seems to be the preferred spelling for a girl, and we considered it as a tribute to Jane Austen. And, as others pointed out, regardless of the spelling, this is very popular (the reason it got nixed from our list eventually).

Harrison -- I like this a lot. I also love Harris.

Lennon -- a nice choice IF you are a huge John Lennon fan and want to honor him. Otherwise, you are probably going to get really sick of people saying, "Oh, like John Lennon?"

Kylan -- I don't like this at all. I much prefer Cillian/Killian.

Jasper -- LOVE this. I'm a HUGE fan of this name.

Ezra -- okay. I like this, but not as much as some of your other choices.

From your main list, I LOVE Sebastian, Sawyer, and Lincoln. As for the others:

Jaxon -- I'm not a fan of the spelling. It's still the uber-popular Jackson just "cooler", which actually makes it look trendy and silly to me

Kaleb -- again, spelling issue. Caleb is lovely. Kaleb looks misspelled.

Grayson -- very nice, but SUPER popular in some areas. If you are looking for something unique (which you clearly are) be careful.

Keegan -- I like but don't love this.

Ashton -- this feels SO trendy to me, in part because of the celeb connection, and in part because of the popularity of all the Ash- names (Ashley, Ashlyn, etc). Also, most Ash- names are very popular for girls, so this feels feminine.
