In all honesty, I don't like it at all. Ryan I have never liked on a girl. I think its a great boys name, but I find it too masculine and strong for a girl. As for Makynzie, this is everything I don't like it a name. It is too trendy and the spelling is weird. Creative (kre8ive) spellings are just not my style, and they are getting really tired.
I love it. Its adorable! I like boys names as girl's names (always liked Riley, but its sooo common now), but I really haven't heard Ryan as a girl's name. Wendy
With all due respect, this is one of my least favorite name combos ever. I can't stand the name Ryan for a girl, and I am so tired of names like Makenzie, which are unbelievably trendy and overused, and are made far worse by using a kre8ive spelling.
it's cute, but they are both unisex so I personally would spell Ryan as Ryann or Ryanne and pron. it as Ry - Anne, not Ry-in, and I even like Ryanna better. I like Makenzie but Makynzie is also cute. What about Ryanne Makynzie or Ryanna Makynzie?? And, Ryan could be nn?
I LOVE Ryan for a girl. Absolutely love it. (I'm not a fan of efforts to feminize it by making it Ryann or Ryanne or whatever. I really like this original spelling.)
I used to love Mackenzie, but the Mac names are SO trendy and I know a zillion little Mac-whatevers. I really dislike this Makynzie spelling.
Sorry, I don't personally care for Ryan on a girl. Especially since it is my husband's name and my son's middle name. As for the middle name, I see most people are thinking its the same as Makenzie, but when I look at it, it looks to me like it should be pronounced Ma-kin-zee (Makynzie)--am I wrong about that? I do like for another option for girls, similar to Ryan, but I don't know how to spell it is Ray-ann. My husband and I had discussed the name Rylan for this child (another boy) but he thinks it sounds like a girl name, so there is also another option for you.

But that's just my 2 cents...

Ryan Mackenzie (and just Ryan Kenzie)
