I have often thought about naming my little girl Ryan, but i was going to try a more feminine approach. Try: Rian, Ryanne. Good Luck and great name!! Tiffany LMK!
I dont like the name Ryan for a girl at all. I'm not a very big fan of turning guys names into girls names,(allthought there are very few exceptions).. There are so many beautiful girls names out there, and it seems like good boy names are getting less and less.. I liked someones suggestion of Ryanne or something to that affect.. But not Ryan. She may have to spend the rest of her life explaining shes a girl! :-p
I have mixed feelings on the McKenzie names.. i think they are nice, but a bit overused. I dont mind it as much as a middle name. Also, im not a fan of the random Ys in names..
I'm not against using boys names if it's unusual but Ryan is a pretty common name. Do you have any others your thinking of?? I'm just not so fond of Ryan..........
I like the name....for a boy-Ryan is just too masculine for a girl and the meaning is "little king"- not something a girl wants to be stuck with! How about Rhianne? I like Makynzie-just not the spelling. So many people have unusual spelling to their names and all their lives they have to constantly spell their name out correctly and it does get tiresome after a while...trust me I know.
