Hi. I am not pregnant yet, but of course I have names picked out for a baby. :)
Anyone have any suggestions for a middle name.
My husband has agreed to the name Rayne. It is a combination of Ray and Wayne. Ray was a friend who passed when I was 18 and Wayne is my father who passed when I was 21. The tough part is finding a middle name for it.
Here's why. :)
I am picky with my initials and names. I don't like initials that spell something. (Emma Grace Galagher...EGG)
I also don't like when the names start to blend. Rayne Nina... Too many N's.
I also think that since Rayne is different, the middle name can't be too crazy. I'd like it to be something more common.
And FINALLY... my husbands family kinda has a tradition use an initial of someone who has passed. So if their name was Jack, I could use any name that starts with a J.
His grandmother's name was Sarah. So we're looking for names with an S.
God, am I completely crazy? I know it seems like a lot of restrictions, it's just an OCD kinda thing I have. :)
Thanks everyone!

I think that is a nice tradition and challenging
I like Rayne (pretty) Let's see what I can come up with
Rayne Sarah
Rayne Sky
Rayne Sierra
Rayne Sadie
Rayne Samantha
Rayne Suzanne
Rayne Samara
Rayne Sydney
Hope that helps, would love to hear what you think of the names listed! Best of luck!
Rayne Simone!!!! First thought and I think it sounds good together.
Although I think it sounds better as Rayna Simone and calling her Rayne. It is so hard to find MN for one syllable FN.... GOOD LUCK!!
Possible "s" mn for Rayne:
Rayne Skye
Rayne Samantha
Rayne Suzette/ Suzannne
Rayne Savannah
Rayne Scarlett
Rayne Serena/Serenity
Rayne Shaylyn
Rayne Sierra
Rayne Silvana
Rayne Simone
Rayne Sophie/a
Rayne Song
Rayne Sparkle
Rayne Stacey
Rayne Synthia
HTH, let us know is there is and letter for mn...

mom to Alexandra, Samantha & Gabriella
well, I think if you'd use Rayna instead of Rayne (the blend would still work for what you're going after I think) you'd have an easier time picking a middle name
I don't like Rayne at all, but I love Rayna, it's amazing what difference a letter can make. It's definitely more feminine sounding
Rayna Sarah wouldn't work though. maybe Rayna Suzanne if all you need is an S.
