Please help..........we are almost there and still need to widdle down our list to a couple top choices. They tried to turn her around and she proved to be stubborn so I expect they will go ahead and schedule my c-section pretty soon! Taylor is a family name that we know we want to use and our last name is Speaker. Due to the 'er-er' sound, I think we are leaning towards not using Taylor as the first name (even though it is DH's second choice. : )
WDYT of the following?
Adalyn Taylor (possibly spelled Adaelyn or Adelyn) nn Addy
Alexa Taylor nn Lexie
Cailyn or Caelyn or Kaelyn Taylor
Cara Taylor
Elaina Taylor nn Ella or Laina
Madelyn Taylor nn Maddy
Olivia or Livia Taylor nn Liv or Livie
Taylor Christine
Thanks so much for your help!

That's funny..dh and I were thinking about Taylor Christine for our girl name, not sure yet though..I also like Madelyn Taylor.

Adalyn Taylor- I love this name, it is beautiful. I prefer the Adelyn spelling though, with the way I am pronouncing it. Adalyn would be A-duh-lyn (long "a") where Adelyn would be add-uh-lyn. I also like Adeline, Adelaine, and Adelaide. Beautiful.
Alexa Taylor nn Lexie - Okay, but I would consider this trendy, which I don't like.I prefer Alexandria or Alexandra nn Lexie.
Cailyn or Caelyn or Kaelyn Taylor - Okay... a bit close to Kaitlyn/Caitlin which is so popular. I like the Kaelyn spelling best.
Cara Taylor - Okay... a bit boring maybe.
Elaina Taylor nn Ella or Laina - Beatiful with nn Laina. I like Elena spelling also.
Madelyn Taylor nn Maddy - soo trendy, don't use it!
Olivia or Livia Taylor nn Liv or Livie - very pretty, I like it
Taylor Christine- Not a fan of Taylor. Prefer Tegan "tay-gen"

I agree that Taylor and Speaker are too rhymey -- you're right to keep it in the middle spot.
I would also not use any of the two-syllable names, as they sound too choppy with two-syllable middle and last names (so no Cara or Caelyn, although Carina or Carenna might be nice).
Olivia and the Alex and Maddy names are all super-popular right now, and though Adelyn sounds good and more unusual, there are also a lot of Addisons nn'd Addy.
Elaina is a good choice, but my pick would be Livia. It's lovely and has a historical dignity that Olivia lacks, while sounding fresher at the same time.
I'd definitely keep Taylor in the mn spot with your ln.
Of your choices, Cara is lovely, Elaina is nice (call her Laina) and Adeline or Madeline would be too. Adelyn is ok, although it looks much less classic (more of an invented spelling, KWIM?). I'd avoid Madelyn, Adalyn and especially Adaelyn (this just looks odd, like you want it pronounced A-day-lyn). Olivia is fine, but popular (although I do like simply Livia as an alternative), Cailyn (any random spelling) is trendy and Alexa is both popular and dated (it's done).

Cara is the one I like best from your list.
