I like Drew for a girl, but I agree w/ pp that I prefer a more feminine mn with it. I know a Drew Elizabeth. Eliana is beautiful, but I don't love Ava as the mn. I think that Ava and the -ana ending are too repetitive. Here are some ideas for mn for Eliana:
Eliana Brooke Eliana Corinne Eliana Maren Eliana Sophie Eliana Helene
that's an unusual group - you have two kinda unisex - Drew and Taylor - and the Eliana, which is not - Eliana is a nice enough game, but Ava in the middle does not work with that at all
I don't particularly like Drew for a girl, I know one really well, but just don't care for it. Taylor has become all-girl
with Eliana I think you need something like maybe Catherine, Corinne, Kathleen, Christine, Kristin, - not anything that starts with a vowel and ends with a vowel like Ava - Eliana is vowel-heavy enough
