I really like Courtney Brooke! Courtney is an underused name, in my opinion.
Katherine Brooke is also a good choice, although I prefer Catherine. Very classic. If you are looking for variations of Katherine, I also like:
Caitlin
Caitrin
Kathlyn
I don't care as much for Kamryn or Courtlynn. Kate/Katy are good nicknames, but I like a longer, more formal first name (such Katherine or the variations I mentioned above).
Hope this helps!
My son is Cameron, so although I like Kamryn, I think it being your only girl, maybe you should go more feminine! I do like Courtney Brooke a lot. And, Courtlynn. Kate, Katy, and Katherine are so overly popular, although beautiful. If that doesn't matter to you, I'd say go with one of the Kate names because it's the most feminine. I prefer full names with nicknames, but I probably wouldn't use Katherine. I like Katrina, Katelynn (as a full first name, like Caitlin), Kaitrin, and I have met someone named Kathera. Those all can use Katy or Kate as the nickname.
Here are some middle name possibilities if you choose Courtlynn:
Courtlynn Rose
Courtlynn Elizabeth
Courtlynn Joy
Courtlynn Faith
Courtlynn Skye
Courtlynn Renee
Courtlynn Jade
Courtlynn Marie
Courtlynn Louise
Courtlynn Alise
Courtlynn Elise
Courtlynn Francine
Courtlynn Brielle
Courtlynn Simone
Courtlynn Belle
Courtlynn Isabelle
Courtlynn Cassidy
Courtlynn Chantal
Courtlynn Dae
Courtlynn Danielle
Courtlynn Desiree
Courtlynn Grace
Courtlynn Hope
Courtlynn Claire
Courtlynn Sierra
Courtlynn Celine
Courtlynn Celeste
Courtlynn Christelle
Courtlynn Kathleen
Courtlynn Katrine
Courtlynn Liane
Courtlynn Marisol
Courtlynn Noel/Noelle
Courtlynn Olivia
Courtlynn Paige
Courtlynn Sage
Courtlynn Raine
Courtlynn Tate
Courtlynn Chloe
Courtlynn Christine
Good luck!

I understand that after 3 boys, you want a very girly, feminine first name. Here's what I think of your choices, though.
Courtney Brooke--both of these names are dated.
Kamryn Ashlee--I like this name alot, only your spelling is just wrong. This name is spelled Cameron Ashley, or at the very least, Camryn Ashley.
Kamryn Brooke--see above
Kamryn Ashlee--see above
Kamryn Leigh--I like the middle name Leigh
Kate Lynn--I prefer Kate so much over Courtney or Kamryn. However, the middle name is a little short.
Katy Nicole--This name is adolescent, and it reminds me of a bug. Nicole is very dated, and really, not even that pretty a name.
Courtlynn ?MN?--this is not a name. It's an invented word.
Katherine Brooke--This is my favorite of the name. However, I prefer Catherine.
If I could mix and match, I'd rather you had Catherine Lynn or Catherine Leigh. Kate or Cate would be a nice nickname. Stay away from Katy or Katie--too toddler-like.
Katherine Brooke is lovely!
the only one I like is Courtney. Kamryn is too unisex, regardless of how feminine you might spell it, it sounds no different than the boys name cameron. Kate and Katy should only be nicknames - you like Kate Lynn, why not Kaitlin or Katelyn, all one word, with a middle name like Brooke. I would like Kaitlin Brooke also. I'm not a real big fan of Katherine just because it's too traditional for my tastes.
good luck.
Good luck with your baby girl!
