I'm sure the lovely ladies of this board will be able to come up with a number of suggestions for you for a first name that goes with Margaret, but I had a thought that I wanted to share- what do you think about the first name Marguerite? I think it has a lot of what you're looking for- pretty, feminine, old-fashioned, and definitely not popular. Also, it pairs well with Genevieve- both of them have a "French sound".

I don't know if you want to use the exact name Margaret though- in which case, the idea is null and void. lol... just a thought.

What about Melanie? It sounds great with Margaret and MBM is a perfect monogram.
