How about Danette? That's my middle name and my mother chose it because it's a derivative of Daniel. She wanted my brother, sister, and I to all have essentially the same middle name, hence Daniel, Danielle and Danette.
Good luck!
Danine?
Personally, I would use Danielle. It makes a nice middle name and closely honors your father. Danica would be my 2nd choice.
Danielle is sorta passe - was popular in the 70s/80s
Dana - is pronounced with a long A - DAY-na - but I know two girls named Dannah - pronounced like Hannah, but with a D, and I really like that as an alternative
there's also Danica - like the girl race car driver - can also be spelled Danika - I've come across a few girls with that name, my daughter graduated with one, knew a different one as a small child
I've also heard Danae - pronounced Da-NAY - both times I've seen it it was spelled Danae
good luck
Hmmm...I do like the Dannah option.
Thanks for sharing your middle name-Danette.
I like Danielle to honor your father, Daniel.
