Good names without nicknames?

What are some of your favorite names that don't have nicknames? I am leaning towards Claire but am not sold on it yet.

Hmm..

I like Claire/Clare a lot. It's one of my favorite "no nickname" names. :) FWIW, though, many children are going by the most formal versions of their names these days--like Gabrielle rather than Gaby--and, despite the intentions of the parents, almost any name can be transformed into a nn by a determined relative or schoolmate. Claire could be Clairie or Claribel, for example.
