Would love suggestions for either a FN or MN to go with Emdon. Emdon is my DH's grandfather's name so we are pretty sold on it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

I'd put Emdon in the middle name position. It's nice to honor your son's great-grandfather, but in modern times, I have to say the name looks like a biotech firm's made-up name.

I like the idea of having Emdon as the middle name. As far as suggestions for a first name, what atyle of names do you lean towards? I have listed a few of my favorites below. Hope they give you some ideas!

Elijah Emdon **my favorite on the list**
Lukas Emdon
Alexander Emdon (Alexander is not normally my choice of nme, but I think it sounds nice with Emdon)
Andrew Emdon

Those are just a quick few that popped into my head!

i have to admit i had to look at it a couple of times because i'm a little dislexic and i had the name Edmond in my head. but i think it's a great name and the middle name that comes to my mind is Emdon James.

Do you pronounce this like it looks, like M Don? Thanks!

Best Wishes!

It can be pronouced M Don or M Dun. With my Massachusetts accent, it's the latter. Thanks so much for your help.
