How about a form of Elizabeth for the first name?
Elise Ryan
Eliza Ryan
Ella Ryan
Bethany Ryan
Liza Ryan
Lily Ryan
Other ideas that work with Kaitlyn and would work with either Ryan or Elizabeth as a middle name:
Zoe
Lindsey
Audrey
Jillian
Tessa
Brooke
Hannah
Jessica
Ashley
Sierra
Morgan
Delaney
Lauren
Noelle
Alexandra (you could use nn Lexi with this)
Also, you could honor your brother by using your maiden name (if you had the same last name).
First one that came to mind was Alexandra Ryan nn Lexi I think Kaitlyn Alexis & Alexandra Ryan - would be great.
Other names that might work:
