So I thought I had it narrowed down to 2 names with DH finally decides to put his 2 cents in and tells me he doesn't care for either, but he kind of likes one that I crossed off of my list a week ago.

How about a form of Elizabeth for the first name?

Elise Ryan
Eliza Ryan
Ella Ryan
Bethany Ryan
Liza Ryan
Lily Ryan

Other ideas that work with Kaitlyn and would work with either Ryan or Elizabeth as a middle name:

Zoe
Lindsey
Audrey
Jillian
Tessa
Brooke
Hannah
Jessica
Ashley
Sierra
Morgan
Delaney
Lauren
Noelle
Alexandra (you could use nn Lexi with this)

Also, you could honor your brother by using your maiden name (if you had the same last name).

  • Corinne Ryan/ Corinne Elizabeth

  • Penelope Ryan

  • Savannah Ryan nn Savy

  • Suzanne/a Elizabeth nn Zani, Suzy

  • Colby Alexandra

  • Josephine/Josie Ryan

  • Cecelia Ryan

  • Kaydee Elizabeth

I just thought it might be cute to spell the middle name Ryanne, it's still like Ryan, but a little more girly.

well if you want something that has its own "flavor" i would stay away from Kayleigh and Kiera because they are both very trendy/popular right now and like you said both have many spellings that are all popular.

OK....this may not be your style at all, but what about doing Ryann/Ryan Elizabeth? I know a couple of girls named Ryan and think it's adorable.

I've known two females whose names were "Ryan", although spelled differently.
