Help me narrow my list!!

I would like to know some thoughts on the following names and how they flow with my older daughters Kendall and Taylor. I was thinking of staying with a unisex theme but there is only one name I like for either a boy or a girl right now and that is Presley Grace or Presely William. Here are some other names I really like but none of them have hit me like Presely. The hubby isn't really feeling Presely:

Boys:

Gavin Willailm

Garrett William - What do you think of Rhett as a nickname?

Gabriel William - Gabe

I think Gavin William or Garrett William go nicely with your girls. I think I like Gavin slightly more, but both are great. I think Rhett works well as a nn for Garrett. While I really like Gabriel, it feels a little "soft" next to unisex sisters' names for some reason.

For the girls, I like Olivia the best. Gabrielle would be my 2nd choice; I'd prefer the less-common nn of Bri, but Ellie is cute. Just Brielle is pretty as well. I think Delilah is just too frilly next to Taylor and Kendall.

Hi Amyw,

I like Gabriel William and Olivia Grace of the names you listed. If you'd like to try finding a name that's similar to Presley, but different (so the husband will go for it) try playing around on www.nymbler.com.

Best of luck

I think that Presley is great with Kendall and Taylor as a 3rd girls name, but to me it feels a little more femine that the other two. Presley Grace is a little to Elvis for me. Maybe Preston for a boy instead? I love both Gavin and Garrett and really dig the nn Rhett.

I agree with pp that the other girls names you've listed are too frilly with Kendall and Taylor. Maybe Hadley, Harper or Quincy to keep the unisex theme going?

Good luck!

Hey everyone! Thanks for all the input. The girls name are a bit more girly but I haven't come acorss a unisex name I like as much as them. I am really leaning toward Garrett for a boy. I think I will just wiat till he/she is here and see what name pops into my mind first. My daughter Taylor was going to be named Delaney up until teh day I went into labor and passed by Lord and Taylors in Center City Philadelphia! lol. Taylor just stuck with me. I may put Delaney back into the mix but it kinda feels wrong since Taylor was so close to being Delaney. I also am not sure how I feel about nn laney...When I saw Taylor I just knew saying Laney wasn't going to fly as well as I thought. I am really liking the nn's like Evie, Ellie, Livie...I know the name will hit me in time!

Boys:
Gavin William-My favorite with your girls names!

Garrett William - Nice, however, I dislike Rhett as a NN.

Gabriel William - I dislike Gabriel a lot and I don't think it goes well with your girls names.

Girls:

Gabrielle Grace - Very pretty, however, Gabrielle and Kendall may be a bit too close.

Olivia Grace - Sweet but a bit overdone. Livi, Kendall and Taylor sound great together!

Delilah Grace - My favorite with your girls names!

How about Evelyn (nn Evie) for a girl? I think it goes well with Kendall and Taylor...was once a boys name but now is used mostly for girls. Not to frilly, either. It's on my list!

I love both Garrett and Gavin. Garrett was always on my boys' mn list...didn't like the nn Gary if we used it as a first name.

Good luck!
