I agree that Callie June may be a little hilbilly "ish" but how often do people give their first and middle names together, not very often! You can totally get away with it, and I like it! I do think Caliegh is more a professional way of spellng it for the future, but in a way that ending is starting to get played out like the pp stated. Maybe you could try something like Calye, Caley, Calhi, Calih, Callih, Yeah I think I like Callih, that is different and can look formal as well. You could also drop the "e" off Jun to give it a different flare as well, if you wanted!
Congrats on your little girl! I think it is really sweet that you are using June as the mn.
I totally get what you mean by wanting a professional name. I have a friend named Katy and she hates how her name looks on her resume, she is trying to transition to Kate. Honestly, Callie/Caleigh looks equally unprofessional to me. Now I love Callie as a nn for either Calla or Caroline. In your case Caroline June doesn't work well - sounds like the title of a book or something. However, Calla June, nn Callie is perfect!
I like Callie a lot; the Caleigh spelling is something I might be inclined to pronounce "Kay-lee". I also like the suggestion of Calista for a long name, with Callie as a nn.
