If you go with the -leigh spelling, I'd add another -l making it Calleigh. Caleigh may be pronounced Cay-lee by some.
I think Callie and Cally would also be fine, however.

I like the Callie Spelling. You should name her Calista, nn Callie or something like that, but btw, i LOVE Callie!

I don't personally think that Calleigh makes it more professional and I think that Calli/Cali are less mature and won't age as well as Callie. My personal preference would be to name her Callista or Calla, nn Callie (which I completely love!).

I have a good friend named Callie, I love her name and think that it is very suitable for a woman of 30...
I also think that it's an adorable name for a little girl.
I think that the suggestion for Callista is also a great alternative.

Isn't Cauley a different pronunciation than Calleigh/Callie? I would say Cauley "caw-lee" and the others with a short a ("cal-lee"). Cauley June does look fun, but I wouldn't want to name a little person a word that sounds like the dog (collie).

One suggestion I didn't see was Calle.

Like the Halle Berry spelling.
