Help with an unusual surname!

I am getting stressed about finding the perfect name for my little one before he or she arrives! Our last name, Mouchette, is rather uncommon (pronounced Mooshay, rhymes with Bobby Booshay from The Waterboy!). I don't know anyone besides family with this surname, so I would truly appreciate your suggestions on first names (both genders) for my baby that would sound lovely. I don't want anything too trendy; finding something that rolls off the tongue and sounds pleasing with Mouchette would be so great!

The first name that came to mind was Sarah, nn Sadie Mouchette. Sarah is a classic and the nn Sadie fits well with this last name.
Other thoughts:

With the ln Mouchette, I'd probably look for something classic/traditional or with a French feel.

You are doing great! I respect how much thought you are putting into your child's name.
Annabel - this name is pretty and I think that it will age well on an adult - this might be because I know an older woman (age 70ish) with this name. Also since this names has so many pet names (Annie/Anna/Belle) I think that the formal name Annabel keeps this name from being juvenile. If you love it, then go for it! #776 on the SSA baby list, with Annabelle at #238. I like the Annabel spelling much more.
Adeline/Madeline - I like Madeline too, my only problem with it is how popular it is (69 on the SSA baby list). Once you've included all of the Madisons, there are hundreds of little Maddie's running around. For that reason I prefer Adeline (547). However, you have to watch out for the common Addison (107 and rising). Personally, I would use the nn Ada instead of Addy/Addie - but Addy/Addie is cute.
Camille - LOVE this name! 289 on the list - and the nn Cami and Millie are wonderful. I think this name is mature without be fussy. What I really like about this as opposed to the other you like, is that it has stayed around 260-290 for the past 15 years. The other names have spiked in popularity, but this has stayed the same, which is nice. Thus while your child may be only Madeline you know today, in five years Madeline could possibily be the next Emily or Madison. Just something to think about.
Lucy - 174 - the most popular on the list. while this name is growing, I think it will plateau soon. Lucy Mouchette does have a nice ring to it! IMO, this is a name that suits any girl/woman.
Luke and Max are both solid, strong names. I am not one of the ones on this board that is bothered by alliteration, some are. If it bugs you at all, then I would go with Luke.
Once you get a list together make a poll, it is always fun to the results!
