We had Beau on our list with Penn, but I think we're heading in a different direction. I really like Bowan for you, though. It makes perfect sense, and I always like that.

Do I sound like a Fruit Loop if I say that it sounds like a science fiction name for someone from Earth? I feel sure Terran has turned up on something we've watched that way...

It's not that Beau is too common (I know none in this generation, personally, and I still think it's so handsome) it's that it's a bit more homespun and we seem to be heading in a more Casual Dress kind of direction. (Which is easy for boys and a royal pain for girls...kind of like going to a Casual Dress kind of party where you can't tell if that means a nice blouse with slacks or a sweater and a fussy skirt or a tea-length gown. And the guy just puts puts on a colored shirt under his suit and is good to go.) Somehow, my name analogies always come back to clothes...

I was thinking about your nicknames and Lon popped into my head as a cool nn for Logan if Gan doesn't "stick." (I'm an old movie history buff.)
