We like the name Kailie but are unsure if it will be pronounced correctly. How would you pronounce it?

Looks like yet another "variation" of Kaylee/Kaylie/Kayley/Kailey/Cailey/Caileigh/Caelie, etc., so I'd assume it was said KAY-lee.

The fact that you're worried about it being pronounced "correctly," however, seems to imply this is an actual, separate name I'm not familiar with, rather than simply a kre8iv misspelling, so in that case I'm not sure. KIE-lie (long "i" sounds), kay-LIE-eh, KALE-ie, kay-IE-lee? If this is a valid, ethnic name it could really be anything (depending on the language of origin).

One of my baby name books lists "Kaili" (that spelling) as a "Hawaiian deity" pronounced the same as Kiley (rhymes with Riley).

'ai'= long 'i' so i would prn. it KY-lee, but either way it will blend in with all the Kaileys, Haileys, Kaylas, and etc. She'll be one of 10 Kaylees in one classroom and there will be several other girls with rhyming names. Thats just my opinion, and one of the perks of having a
