I don't agree with the pp, I think the last 2 syllables are merged, so it's TAHL-yuh. That's how both Tahlia's/Talia's that I know pronounce it. Like the flower, dahlia...it's not Dah-lee-uh, it's dahl-yah. Maybe that's just how we say it in the south.
Thanks for your replies. I found my answer, I think. Tahlia, Talia, Taliah and Talya are pronounced 'Tal-yah'. Plus it is a short form for Natalia so that gives me my answer right there. I guess if I had related Talia to Natalia I would have figured out the pronunciation myself.
