How many of you changed......

I would like to know how many of us out there do this.......before our second son was born, DH and I had the boys names narrowed down to Joel or Brett, with the mn of Michael, which is my Dh's mn. (To tell you the truth I can't even remember the girl names we were thinking of then!)
Once born, we both looked at him and couldn't use either name. I don't know if it was a sign that we really didn't like the names we chose, or did he not look like a Joel or a Brett? The names just didn't *fit* him. So we got some sleep and early that morning, as I sat nursing him, I realized his name was Aaron. I woke up my DH and he said okay. He had never really liked the name previous, so it surprised me he agreed. I think part of him agreeing so easy was that he was exhausted, as I didn't deliver until just after 1:30am and we didn't sleep until 3:30am, and I had awoken him around 7am ;)
Anyway, as we are debating our name choices for baby boy #3, I was wondering how many people do that.
Also, does it happen more when you don't know the baby's sex? We did not know the sex of either of our first 2 children. We do know that we are having another boy, so I wondered if we know the sex and then pick a name, if we are more likely to use a name because we can already call the baby by the name now.
If so, what names had you chosen previous, and what did the baby end up being named??
Thanks!
Theresa

HI Theresa -
Congrats & Good Luck on #3.
I have 3 daughters and naming the last one was hard. We named her after she was born.
Our 1st 2 daughters had long names - so we had the debate on long vs short name for #3. Then we wanted a girls name with a boy's nn. I was sure it was going to be Francesca
