Carys is CAR-iss (short A, although I've also heard CARE-iss, but both sound very similar when I say them).
Rohan as a form of the Gaelic name Ruadhan is pronounced RO-an (just like Rowan, another Anglicized form). It is also a separate Indian name, but if that's the origin you're looking for I'm not positive on the pronunciation. I'm guessing that would be more like ro-han, with the H more pronounced.
I would say Rohan like ro-HAN; like in the Lord of the Rings. Carys I would pronounce like Carissa without the a. I don't know about proper pronounciation but that's how I say them.

Carys- I find this name gorgeous. It is "CARE-iss"
Rohan- The same as Rowan or Roan, although maybe a bit more of a quiet "h" rather than a "w"... sort of like "ROW-hin" (an almost silent "h")
I love both names.
