With the first two spellings, I wouldn't have any idea how to pronounce the name and I think most people would be struggling with it.

Casaide looks beautiful, but I'd always pronounce it "ka-SAYD" with a long "a" sound. I prefer that pronounciation to Cassidy, if that's any help.

caisade and casaide will just always be mispronunced, don't set your child up for that. I never did think Kassidy looked right with a K

original ethnic spellings are nice....
but I would have said that one as "Kay- side"
way too hard to figure out it is Cassidy!
