I love the name Draven for a boy or a girl. If its a girl I would spell it Dravin. But my husband thinks its to 'dark'. I only have one friend that likes it but that shouldnt matter as long as my and dh agree. Now he wanted his name carried on with our first. So we did our son has dh fn as his mn. I dont want to carry my name on becasue its too common, so should I have some extra pull? now the middle name for a girl is set 'Elizabeth' which is dh sisters name, so once again should i have a more to say?

I just wanted to let you know that Damian in no way shape or form means Demon. It is a common misconception because of the movie the Oman. Damian is actually the name of a few very well known and popular saints. The literal meaning of Damian is "to tame"

Don't believe every thing you read in a baby name book. I can make up any name with any meaning I want and write a baby name book.

IMO, Draven just sounds like a character in an Anne Rice novel. Sorry.
*Edited, because I posted before reading all the replies. Kate already mentioned that Damian doesn't mean demon. LOL.
