My favorites are Tessa or Sarah for a girl, Liam or Noah for a boy.

I really like:
Sarah
Megan, this spelling only (but I don't know if I'd like the MM with your ln)
Tessa

I think all the K girl names (Kiley, Kayla, Kayley, Kira, Kyla) are becoming very trendy and would date your dd name. I don't see them working very well on a professional grown woman. They remind me of names like Tammy, Tina and Dawn (all in the top 15 in the 70's) that I'm sure were lovely then but sound so so 70's today. Where Sarah and Megan were also on the charts then and still used today.

I also don't care much for unisex names (Payton, Ryann, Riley, Addison, Morgan) especially when there are so many beautiful girl names out there. And for her to have to explain to her teachers every year that yes, her name is Ryann, but she is a girl, would be a pain.

Some other girls names you might like:
Sadie
Audrey/Aubrey
Maya
Delaney
Lila
Piper
Bridget
Elise

I really like most of your boys names (except Troy, not fond of the "oy" sound in it) but love Owen and Liam. Those are both great choices. Noah, Ryan and Evan are great too, but pretty popular. Good luck!

Well, I'm partial to Sarah! ;-) It is a timeless name. I also like Megan, or Meghan, Maegan. Ryann isn't bad, but to clear up any confusion I might add an "e", Ryanne. That would surely indicate a girl. How about Rhiannon? I don't really care for any of the boys names you listed, but boys names are much harder for me. I can't get into them as much, for some reason.
